Shipping policy

Free shipping on every US order — no minimum, from single spools to full bulk orders.

Orders are packed and shipped from our shop in Hatboro, Pennsylvania. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days; large bulk orders may need an extra day to pack. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Local pickup: you are welcome to skip shipping and pick up your order in person in Hatboro, PA. Email schoolhousespools@gmail.com to arrange a pickup time.

We currently ship within the United States only. If anything about your shipment will take longer than expected, we will reach out to you directly.
