TPU 95A is a durable, flexible 3D printing filament that combines rubber-like flexibility with enough firmness to print reliably on many direct-drive printers. It’s a great choice for gaskets, protective cases, grips, bumpers, flexible hinges, vibration-damping parts, seals, and other functional prints that need to bend without breaking.
With a Shore hardness of 95A, it’s flexible but still relatively firm compared with softer TPU grades, making it a good all-around option for everyday flexible parts.
Important: TPU absorbs moisture easily. Dry thoroughly before printing and store it sealed with desiccant for the best surface finish and consistent extrusion.
