Thermoplastic Polyurethane Gradient
TPU 95A Gradient is a durable, flexible 3D printing filament with the same rubber-like flexibility and reliable printing as our standard TPU, now in color-shifting gradients. The color flows through your print straight from the spool, no color changes or multi-material setup needed.
It's a great choice for gaskets, protective cases, grips, bumpers, flexible hinges, vibration-damping parts, seals, and other functional prints that need to bend without breaking and look good doing it.
With a Shore hardness of 95A, it's flexible but still relatively firm compared with softer TPU grades, making it a good all-around option for everyday flexible parts on many direct-drive printers.
Recommended Print Settings
• Nozzle: 220 to 240°C
• Bed: 30 to 35°C
• Print Speed: Slow to moderate
Dried after extrusion, ready to print: Our filament is dried after extrusion and packed with desiccant, so a freshly opened bag needs no drying before you print. TPU absorbs moisture easily, so once the bag is open, store the spool sealed with desiccant for the best surface finish and consistent extrusion.
